Key Responsibilities




Deliver strategic advice on tax planning, business structuring, and growth strategies
Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, including cashflow, profitability, and asset protection
Review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work prepared by intermediate & senior accountants
Manage and mentor junior and senior team members
Assist with workflow management
Support the partners in developing new business opportunities, internal systems, processes, and service delivery
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
6+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
CA or CPA qualifications
Solid advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services
Natural leadership skills and a commercial approach to your work
A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
