Your Role May Involve:Conducting speech, language, communication and swallowing assessmentsDeveloping and delivering individualised therapy plans to support functional communication and participationWorking closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best client outcomesSupporting clients with developmental delays, disability, neurological conditions or age-related changesDelivering services in schools, homes,
