What You Can Earn
$70,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
Most reps earn $100k–$150k in their first year
Top performers regularly earn $20k+ months

About the Role




This is an outdoor, active role.
You'll be walking neighbourhoods, talking to homeowners, and climbing onto roofs to check for hail damage.
The role suits people who enjoy:

You must be comfortable climbing onto residential roofs to inspect for hail damage.
Full training is provided on:
Roof inspections
Storm damage identification
Sales conversations
Lead generation
Your Responsibilities
Your job is straightforward:
Inspect properties we send you to (company leads provided)
Check roofs for hail or storm damage
Explain our service and help homeowners start the process
Speak with neighbours in the area about potential storm damage
Generate additional leads using methods we train you on
What You Won't Be Doing
Cold selling expensive products or charity
Asking homeowners for credit cards or money
Sitting behind a desk all day
Instead you'll be:
Access to company-generated leads and storm-affected areas
Offering homeowners a free roof inspection
Helping them access insurance-funded repairs
Working with a team that supports your success
