We want a motivated leader who takes pride in developing people, maintaining high standards, and helping drive the continued growth of our business.If you're career-driven, enjoy leading from the front, and are looking for a long-term chance where your contribution is genuinely valued, we'd love to hear from you.As our Plumbing Manager / Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our plumbing team while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices.Coordinate daily workloads and ensure jobs are completed on time.Provide technical support and solve problems in the field.Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism and customer service.Ensure compliance with all Australian Plumbing and Gas regulations, codes and safety requirements.Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices are followed.Communicate professionally with clients, contractors and management.Monitor job progress,
