We're a small, close-knit disability support team based in Gracemere seeking casual Support Workers for both day shift and active night shift positions to help our participants live independently and thrive in their community.You don't need to be available for both — we're hiring for day shifts and night shifts separately, so let us know which suits you best.What you'll be doing:Providing in-home support with daily living tasksAssisting with community access — outings, appointments, social and recreational activitiesSupporting personal care needs as requiredFor night shift applicants: working active overnight shifts,
