Unlike many organisations where incentives only become meaningful at very high revenue levels, our incentive structure commences from only 1.75x salary cost and ranges from 5% to 30% based on performance.

Automatic Quarterly Salary Growth
We strongly believe exceptional performance should be recognised.
Brokers who achieve 4x their salary cost within a quarter become eligible for an automatic 8% increase in their base salary.
This creates a genuine pathway for high performers to increase their earnings year after year.
