We're currently seeking a suitably skilled Machine Maintainer and Operator who can provide high-quality outcomes expected by our clients.




Rhomberg Sersa Australia uses an operator‐maintainer model whereby the same crew members operate and maintain the machines.Main duties and responsibilitiesUndertake all facets of machine maintenanceComplete various courses to achieve machine operator qualificationsProvide regular reports on machine conditionRecord and report all repairs undertaken to the maintenance supervisorsRecord track geometry as requiredLearn and or undertake machine driving dutiesOperate machines or measure track as required to provide services to Rhomberg Sersa Australia customersDeliver protected machine transfers in client networksDual reporting responsibility both to the team manager on day-to-day events and a reporting line to the maintenance supervisor for maintenance workWork both independently and as part of a team to achieve the above tasksTrade qualified in a mechanical disciplineHold safe working qualificationsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookTeam player willing to get involved across the businessDrivers LicenceWhite CardBe able to demonstrate intricate knowledge of the working of this type of machineHave prior experience of resurfacing machine operations and maintenanceRIW CardHold a CAT1 MedicalOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
