JBS Carrier Australia – Brisbane Adelaide Street QLDJBS Pork Australia – Farming Team is currently recruiting a Piggery Attendant to support the team at our Victorian Contracting sites.This full time position will be responsible for undertaking animal husbandry and related tasks to assist in the care and well‐being of company livestock, along with basic maintenance tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesBreed and raise stockCare and welfare of stockUpdate production recordsBasic cleaning and maintenance tasksSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience working with animals (preferred but not essential)Sound work ethic with high self‐motivationWorking knowledge of WHS and QAPreparedness to work some weekends and public holidaysFitness levels to cope with the physical nature of the roleHigh commitment to animal welfareOur recruitment process includes a medical (which includes a drug screen).
