You won't be stuck behind a desk all day—you'll be out meeting trade clients, inspecting site specs, measuring up chute fit-outs, and closing equipment deals face-to-face.What You'll DoDrive sales growth primarily through phone outreach, site canvassing,



and cold prospecting (supported by warm inbound leads).
Conduct physical site measurements and check hardware specs across active NSW build sites.Manage the full sales cycle, earning on unit volumes and deal value.Build relationships with developers, plumbing contractors, and property managers.What We're Looking ForProven success selling products, hardware or tangible goods.High energy, phone resilience, and a genuine hunger to hunt net-new business.Comfortable wearing PPE on active building sites, taking physical measurements and handling equipment specs.Valid driver's license required for field travel across NSW.What's on OfferUp to $95,000 Base Salary + Super.Fully Maintained Company CarUncapped Transactional CommissionsDefined career pathway into BDM or Sales Management.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
