We're currently looking for a Metal trade labourer to workon a full-time basis as an integral member of our design and manufacturing team.We're looking for a person who is willing to be trained inhouse and gain experience with sheet metal manufacturing.
You will be responsible for assisting the manufacturing team and be involved in general production using Nutsert, welding, routering and breakpress machines as well as being trained to use a modern laser cutting machine.
You will also be involved with the assembly and dispatch of goods, including some pick up and delivery of items using our company van.The ideal candidate:Will be trained in manufacturing processes, specifically sheet metal fabrication, folding and weldingBe able to read CAD drawing (training provided)Strong language and communication skills essentialAbility to work independently, and to tight deadlinesMust have a current Australian drivers licenseBe available for immediate start
