We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to drive end-to-end recruitment within a high performing team.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role focused on supporting a key project through to the end of the year, with a strong emphasis on recruiting support workers.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring we attract, engage, and onboard talent efficiently while delivering a seamless candidate experience.In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction through to onboarding.
You will be instrumental in shaping the candidate journey, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and building talent pipelines to support ongoing workforce demands.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume support worker rolesConduct phone screenings and shortlist candidates in line with role requirementsCoordinate interviews,



including booking and managing MS Teams meetingsEngage with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and prioritiesEnsure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new hiresMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity trackingDeliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpointContribute to talent pooling and pipeline development for future hiring needsAbout YouYou're an organised and driven recruiter who thrives in a high-volume environment.
