The Role
We are hiring Surface and Underground Driller Offsiders based in Perth.
Offering entry-level and experienced positions.
Expect long days, heavy manual labour, dust, noise and challenging conditions.
While the role is physically demanding, it offers the prospect to build a rewarding career in the drilling industry.
We offer full time positions with on-the-job training, annual performance reviews and internal career progression with competitive rates across the board.
What You'll Get
2 weeks on 1 week off roster
FIFO from Perth or DIDO in Kalgoorlie
Surface and Underground positions
Accommodation and meals provided
Full-time, permanent positions
Yearly earnings starting at $115k per annum

What you'll be doing?
Assisting Drillers with the safe operation of diamond drill rigs
Completing manual handling tasks in challenging outdoor or underground environments
Conducting pre-start inspections and maintaining equipment
Supporting core retrieval,



processing, and site housekeeping
Following safety procedures and contributing to a positive team culture
What We Need From You
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
Police clearance within 6 months
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Manual Driver's Licence essential (underground) / willing to obtain or have a current HR Licence (surface)
Physical fitness and willingness to learn
Great if you have
Experience with drill rigs, mining and FIFO work
Trades, labouring, construction, farming or other hands-on work experience
HR Licence
