Product Coordinator - Part Time 16 hours (4 days)
Location: AlstonvilleReports to: DirectorHours: Preferably Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9.30am - 1.30pm
About the Role
The Product Coordinator plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of Plateau Landscape Supplies.
This position is responsible for managing stock, coordinating product logistics, supporting pricing decisions, and ensuring systems and communications run efficiently.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with the ability to balance office-based tasks while supporting the retail team during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Product Management
Order and manage stock across product ranges
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
Manage and reconcile consignment stock and supplier accounts
Maintain accurate inventory records across systems
Pricing & Systems
Monitor and maintain retail pricing in collaboration with the Director
Update product information, pricing, and inventory within Shopify and Tower systems
Ensure consistency between point-of-sale, inventory, and online systems
Logistics & Operations
Coordinate product logistics and deliveries as required




Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, availability, and lead times
Assist with general operational problem-solving as issues arise
Administration & Communication
Monitor and manage business emails
Handle general office administration and record keeping
Support internal communication between office and yard/retail staff
Retail & Customer Support
Assist point-of-sale staff during busy periods
Provide friendly, practical customer service when required
Support the wider team to keep daily operations running smoothly
Skills & Experience
Essential
Experience with inventory control and stock management
Robust organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Confident with general office systems and administration tasks
Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Australian work rights are required for this position

Experience with Shopify
Experience with Tower Systems
Background in product logistics or supply coordination
Customer service experience, particularly in retail or trade-based environments
