Our experienced management team is committed to supporting every team member to succeed.About the RoleAs our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:Develop, implement and evaluate a high-quality educational program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).
Create engaging learning environments that support children's individual strengths,



interests and developmental needs.Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.Document children's learning and development in meaningful and purposeful ways.Lead reflective practice and contribute to continuous improvement.Work collaboratively with the leadership team and educators to provide exceptional education and care.Promote children's rights, wellbeing and inclusion in all aspects of the program.About YouYou are a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to providing high-quality education and care.You will have:Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organisational and time-management abilities.The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.A commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement.A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teacher qualification.Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
Current Child Protection Training.Foundation of Child Safety Training.Food Safety/Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
