This permanent full-time role involves general gardening, lawn care, plant and equipment maintenance, and helping maintain a protected, pleasant environment for aged care residents and staff.The role requires NDIS screening clearance or willingness to obtain, proficiency in IT systems, and the ability to work autonomously at a designated BlueCare site while supported by regional teams
