This role suits someone who enjoys being on site managing buildings and trades and driving projects through to completion achieving a high standard.You'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of works across the clients' properties and active projects, combining minor hands-on trade work with project coordination, quality control, defect management, and contractor oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out minor trade works (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, installations)Coordinate and manage external contractors and buildersConduct site inspections, defect walks, and quality reviewsAssist with project programming,



procurement, and delivery strategyOversee defect close-out, settlements, and Strata Bond requirementsEnsure safety, quality, programme, and budget targets are metSupport project reporting, claims, and variationsAbout YouMinimum 5 years' experience in a site-based, building management or facilities management roleStrong understanding of construction quality and defect managementComfortable managing multiple stakeholders and contractorsCompetent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)Excellent communication skillsDetail-oriented, reliable, and delivery focusedWhy JoinHands-on role with real ownership and autonomyWork across diverse, high-quality projectsSupportive team workplace with strong leadership
