This is a casual role based in our gym in Teneriffe, QLD ****.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to members and prospects.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for health and fitness.What you'll be doingGreeting members and visitors in a warm and welcoming mannerAnswering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and in-person inquiresPerforming basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing and follow upsMaintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the reception and gym floorHandling membership sales, including gym tours, and follow upsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in a sports or fitness club environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
