Southern Cross Community Healthcare is seeking an Aged Care Support Worker to assist clients in their own homes on the Sunshine Coast.
You will perform domestic tasks, personal care, and documentation to support daily living and independence.Successful applicants will have current references, a valid driver's licence with their own vehicle, mandatory NDIS clearance, First Aid, and Working with Children's checks.
Certificate III in Ageing and Disability is desirable.
