As Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide nursing and operational leadership, supporting your team through clinical supervision, mentoring, education and professional development.You will bring expert nursing leadership to the unit, strengthening clinical governance and quality improvement while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
