Newcastle Anglican seeks an experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead to guide our headspace Kempsey intake team.
You will provide clinical oversight, supervision, and structured leadership to deliver integrated youth mental health services within a multidisciplinary setting.The role involves coordinating intake processes, supervising staff, and ensuring culturally protected, youth-centred care.
You will drive performance, recruit/train clinicians, and foster collaboration across partner services.
