whilst also meeting Chain of Responsibility obligationsClear communication of instructions and expectations to drivers and other staffClear and timely communication with external and internal partiesFatigue Management complianceAccurate and timely record keeping of the daily movements of drivers and equipmentAbout youProven success leading allocations teamsIn depth knowledge of transport operations to and from North QueenslandExperience and understanding of produce and refrigerated freightExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailIntermediate (Office, Excel) computer skills are essentialAbility to multi-task and prioritise in a sometimes high paced and high pressure workplace
