Our client, a well-established financial services business, is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team on a 12-month contract.
This is a genuinely broad role with a high likelihood of converting to permanent, and it would suit someone who enjoys variety and wants to be close to the business.The team is in a growth and transformation phase, rolling out new technology and AI platforms across the business, so there's real scope to shape how legal supports that work.What you'll be doing:Broad BAU legal work across the business, advising internal stakeholders on day-to-day mattersSupporting technology and AI initiatives as they're rolled out, including the legal and regulatory considerations that come with themRegulatory and compliance work within a financial services (AFSL)
