Logistics Strategist International Ecommerce Operations– Sydney NSW$120,000 - $150,000 a yearContractInternational Client Operations & Logistics SpecialistSydney (Chipping Norton) | Full-Time, On-Site | $120K–$150K baseWe help Western e-commerce brands scale globally without the operational headache of building international infrastructure themselves.
Our own warehouses, carrier network, and technology platform power most of our locations across Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, UK, Netherlands, US, and Japan.
Where we don't own the infrastructure outright, we run it as if we do.
When something goes wrong, we don't chase a third party for an answer.
We fix it ourselves, fast.Now we need someone who can sit at the intersection of logistics operations and client strategy.
Not someone who manages workflows.
Someone who owns outcomes.Core ResponsibilitiesLogistics OperationsDiagnose and resolve fulfilment challenges across multiple warehouses, carriers, and countriesUse platform data to surface patterns, predict bottlenecks, and fix issues before they become client-facing problemsOwn inventory accuracy, shipping performance, and delivery metrics across our global networkPlatform IntelligenceMaster our proprietary logistics platform to drive operational improvementsConfigure platform settings for specific client requirements across diverse marketsWork with our tech team to improve platform functionality based on real operational needsClient PartnershipOwn client issues from first contact to resolution — diagnose and solve problems yourself rather than escalatingTranslate complex logistics data into clear, actionable recommendations clients can use immediatelyProactively identify opportunities to optimise client supply chainsConduct platform training and create documentation that makes clients self-sufficientTeam MultiplicationMentor team members on faster, better ways of workingBuild SOPs that raise the operational bar across the teamLead cross-functional initiatives that measurably improve efficiencyCompensationBase salary: $120,000–$150,000.This Role Is NOT For You If...You wait to be told what to fixYou need a playbook for every situationYou treat "that's not my job" as an acceptable answerYou default to escalating problems instead of owning themYou see client problems as interruptions rather than opportunitiesYou can't thrive in a fast-paced environment where global logistics means something is always moving, always urgent, and always across multiple time zonesWhat You BringNon-NegotiablesLogistics expertise: hands-on experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operationsTechnical proficiency: strong aptitude with WMS platforms, logistics tech, and data toolsSpeed and accuracy: comfortable owning inventory data and turning around answers fast, under pressureCustomer focus: proven success in client-facing roles within logistics or e-commerceEducation:



university degree required — we particularly like people with a background in economics or arts who found their way into logistics, as well as those with logistics-specific degreesCommunication: excellent English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyWill Set You ApartInternational shipping or cross-border logistics experienceExperience with SaaS platforms or tech-enabled servicesData analysis and reporting skillsExperience with API integrations or technical troubleshootingMandarin language skillsOur Hiring ProcessStage 1: Application review (CV + LinkedIn)Stage 2: Initial interviewStage 3: Practical Scenario Assessment — a real-world logistics case study designed to see how you actually think through a problem, not just whether you can recite a processStage 4: Final interview and offerLocation & Working ArrangementThis is a non-site role based at our Sydney operations hub in Chipping Norton, 5 days a week.
