We are committed to supporting our team and ensuring safe & reliable services to our partner –Coles.The Opportunity:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Specialist to support the delivery of facilities management services at a flagship Distribution Centre.
This role will work across Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek Distribution Centres, NSW.Working closely with the Facilities Manager and a team of technicians, contractors and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities, supporting capital works, managing service providers and ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in line with contractual commitments.This is a agile role suited to a facilities, maintenance or operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the performance of a highly automated site while driving service excellence,



compliance and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance Coordination – Plan, schedule and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities to support uninterrupted site operationsContractor & Service Provider Management – Coordinate vendors and contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to required standardsFacilities Operations – Support the delivery of facility services including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste, utilities and associated site servicesStakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with operational teams, contractors, technicians and partner representativesAsset & Project Support – Assist with asset management activities, capital works coordination and site improvement initiativesSafety & Compliance – Support WHS compliance, contractor management processes, risk assessments and site safety initiativesFinancial & Procurement Administration – Raise purchase orders, reconcile works, support budget management and monitor expenditureReporting & Continuous Improvement – Maintain accurate records, utilise management systems and identify opportunities to improve operational performanceExperience & Expertise:EssentialPrevious experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance Coordination or a similar operational roleStrong planning,
