efficient workshop operations across machine overhauls and component rebuildsWorkforce planning & job allocation across trades, apprentices and TAsWork order management (quality, cost, schedule), reporting and continuous improvementVendor coordination and parts/workflow readiness with the project teamCoaching, performance, and safety culture that sets the standardWhat you bring (must-haves)Trade-qualified (Mechanical or Auto-Electrical) with mobile plant backgroundProven team-lead/supervisory experience in heavy equipment or component rebuildsConfident with MS Office & SAP (or similar), strong planning & delegationSafety-led, values-based leadership and coaching mindsetGreat to haveCAT product knowledge and SIS experienceExposure to mining clients and rebuild program schedulingSuccessful applicants will be required to complete a satisfactory National Criminal History Check & Medical as part of the recruitment process.At WesTrac, our primary focus is our people.
