The Salvation Army Aged Care is seeking an accredited Exercise Physiologist to support older residents in mobility, confidence and independence.
You will develop practical, evidence-based programs that reflect individual goals and adapt interventions as needed.Working two days per week on a fixed-term basis through 11 September ****, you will contribute to the Pathways to Community Living initiative and collaborate with residents, families and care teams to improve mobility and wellbeing.
