An idea of some of the tasks that you will be responsible for includes:Assist in running the display suite and display homes including opening, set-up and presentation for 10am opening, as well as signs and flags put up and taken downMeet and greet customers and stakeholders upon entry to the Sales Office and onsite display homes and support with ongoing communicationSupport with processing of invoices,



sales advices, external agent communications, agreements, and ancillary administration tasksGeneral monitoring of stock and marketing collateral requirementsCoordinating and finalising settlements and handover packsMaintain accurate client records including data entry and data integrity (CRM)Specific requirements:Ideally some exposure to Real Estate - but if not, then solid experience in Admin / Customer Service rolesBe an effective communicator, as well as engaging with good energyAble to work 4 weekdays 9am - 5pm, and either a Saturday or a SundayHave, or be currently undertaking a Real Estate Certificate of RegistrationOpportunity to get into Real Estate / Project Sales with NO industry experienceIncredible on-the-job training and ongoing mentorshipStable employer with solid financial standing (aka excellent Job security)Long list of employee discounts, subsidised health care etc
