About the role and what you'll be doing:Delivering exceptional customer service and unforgettable in-store experiencesAssist customers in selecting the right rods, reels,



lures and accessoriesProvide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle optionsMerchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealingStay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technologyDeliver outstanding customer service to ensure a outstanding shopping experienceWho We Are Looking For:We want enthusiastic, customer focused team members who live and breathe fishing.Passion for fishing – whether it's freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing, we encourage it all!
