Eden Academy Palm Beach are looking for an enthusiastic Co-Lead Educator to join our team and help create a nurturing, engaging, and inspiring learning environment for young children.We area child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.
As a Co-Lead Educator, you'll work alongside another Lead Educator to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and support a positive and inclusive team culture.
Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 101children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.
About you;
You're an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning
What You'll Bring:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
A current Working with Children Check




Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Australian Working Rights
A skilled and friendly personal presentation
Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
