Gambamora Industries Pty Ltd is a well-established, multi-industry business with over 33 years in operation and a team of 60+ professionals.
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our supportive Head Office finance team in Burleigh Heads.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves detail, enjoys variety, and wants genuine exposure to the finance side of three fascinating industries i.e. beef production, property and aviation.

Full training will be provided across all aspects of the role.
What matters most is your professionalism, organization, curiosity and eye for detail.
What you will be doing
Processing invoices and payments mainly receivable
Processing fixed assets and maintaining Excel registers
Handling inventory and livestock control processing
Reviewing data entries and reconciling monthly accounts
Preparing month-end journals and prepayments




Completing bank reconciliations and preparing BAS
Assisting with insurance tasks including claims
Managing company fleet registrations and renewals
Supporting payroll tasks as needed
Backing up team members while they are on leave
Providing general administrative support to the CFOO
What we are looking for
2+ years experience in an accounting role
Sharp attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
Confidence with accounting software and solid Excel skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A problem-solving mindset and a genuine team player attitude
