Responsibilities include:Conducting workplace inspections and behavioural safety observations.Participation in pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety meetings.Assisting with hazard identification, risk assessments and SWMS.Supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.Delivering and assisting with safety inductions.Maintaining WHS records, registers and compliance documentation.Assisting with contractor onboarding and compliance.Supporting internal audits and continuous improvement initatives.Providing practical WHS advise to employees and contractors.About YouWe are looking for someone you enjoys working with people, has a practical approach to safety and wants to continue developing in their career.You will ideally have:Current IV in Work Health and Safety (or currently studying)Current Drivers LicenceFirst AidConstruction White Card (desirable)Experience with construction, civil infrastructure or heavy industry (preferred)Sound understanding of WHS legislation and risk management principles.Solid communication and relationship building skillsGood computer skills,
