About the company/role:
Our Sydney office is currently recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a well-known alcoholic and carbonated beverage company based in Western Sydney.
This is a full-time, casual, afternoon shift role for at least 6-months.
The role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager and works closely with Quality team members.
Duties:
Chemical testing of beverage samples (pH, brix, de-gas, titrates, acids)
Implementation and delivery of training programs
Data collection of laboratory results
Validation of QC testing across the site
Packaging testing
Skills/experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline
Experience working in a food/ beverage manufacturing laboratory is essential
Beverage testing experience is highly regarded
Ability to roll and training programs and strong people skills
Excellent attention to detail when collecting and interpreting data
