eCommerce, CRM, Retail Operations and external agencies to deliver exceptional customer experiencesManage campaign budgets, performance reporting and marketing investment to drive strong commercial outcomesLead, coach and develop a team of three marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high‐performing cultureAbout YouYou are a strategic thinker who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in execution.
You bring a balance of creativity, commercial thinking and leadership capability.You'll ideally have:5–7+ years' experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing or campaign managementProven experience leading integrated campaigns across retail, social, PR, performance and/or CRM channelsHands‐on experience in at least two key areas such as retail marketing, social & PR, or performance marketingExperience leading and developing teamsStrong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skillsA degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related disciplineRetail or consumer brand experience (highly regarded)Why Join Bevilles?
