Join the team behind Australia's busiest skies.This is your opportunity to build a career in a fast-moving setting where no two days are the same.We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-driven Revenue Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team at our Head Office in Broadbeach.About the roleReporting to the Manager, Billing, the Revenue Analyst ensures accurate billing by reconciling data in JDE, resolving discrepancies, and supporting customers and internal teams to maintain invoice accuracy and minimise revenue leakage.Key responsibilitiesReconcile billing data in JDE against pricing and customer agreementsIdentify and resolve billing discrepancies and data issuesMaintain accurate and timely customer invoicingLiaise with internal teams and customers to resolve queriesProduce weekly and monthly billing reportsMonitor systems and support issue resolution and improvementsEnsure compliance with internal controls and billing processesSupport audits and continuous improvement initiativesManage shared inboxes and respond to billing queriesAbout youProven experience in a similar Revenue Analyst or billing/reconciliation roleAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. lookups, formulas, macros)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsAbility to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems is highly desirableWhat's in it for youCompetitive pay rate5 weeks annual leave.24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
