The program is designed to equip graduates with diverse skills, foster collaboration, and offer meaningful contributions to disaster recovery efforts.What You'll DoAs a Graduate Disaster Response Coordinator, you will support ICA's Mitigation and Extreme Weather Response team in coordinating disaster responses and enhancing community resilience.
This involves operational support in large-scale extreme weather event management, conducting research on weather trends to inform disaster preparedness, and working closely with stakeholders such as government agencies and insurers to align efforts in recovery.
You will also contribute to the development and execution of strategies aimed at reducing risk and improving recovery efforts in affected communities.What You'll LearnThroughout the program, you will gain practical experience and develop a wide range of skills, including:Operational Coordination: Master disaster response coordination and logistical planning during, and after, extreme weather events.Stakeholder Management:
