Join HammondCare as a Home Care Worker and be part of an independent, not-for-profit organisation improving the lives of thousands of older people in need.HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Carers to join our team in the Western Sydney Region on a Casual basis.The successful applicant must be available to work on Monday , Friday and any other day from 7am start to flexible end time or 2pm start to finish time 8 pm.Areas we currently need to cover are Wentworthville, Granville, Winston Hills, Castle Hill, Kellyville ,Dural, Parramatta , Carlinford, North Rocks and surrounding suburbs.
The successful applicant should be comfortable to travel upto 1 hour travel time.The care work you'll be doing may include:Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressingHelping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaningProviding transportation to appointments and assisting with shoppingAssisting with medicationBeing female is recognised as a genuine occupational qualification for this role and is authorised under the applicable Anti-Discrimination/Equal Opportunities legislation, and so we ask that only female applicants apply.In return for your expertise, we offer:$***** to $***** per hour plus 99c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone providedfull training to all care workers (no experience is necessary)salary packaging (for PPT only): $15,900 annually for living expenses, plus up to $2,650 each year for entertainment benefitsadditional training and career development opportunitiesleave benefits (purchased additional annual leave)reward and recognition programfitness passports: full facility access can include gyms,
