Daily responsibilities include:Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and emailAssisting customers with orders, product information,



and general supportProcessing orders accurately and efficientlyLiaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilmentProviding exceptional customer service at every touchpointLearning our product range and developing knowledge of key IT brandsSupporting sales representatives with administrative and customer-related tasksOutbound Phone Calls to existing and new customers.This role provides an excellent pathway into sales, account management, or senior customer service roles within the business.Qualifications & SkillsWe are looking for someone who is:No experience required — full training providedAvailable for an immediate startProfessional, friendly, and eager to learnA strong communicator with good phone mannerMotivated, reliable, and able to work in a team environmentOrganised with positive attention to detailConfident using computers and Microsoft OfficeBonus points if you have:Previous customer service experience (retail or office-based)Knowledge of IT or office suppliesExperience with CRM systemsAn interest in building a long-term career in sales or customer service
