This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations and drive strong business growth.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high service standards.Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets.Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of ***** employees across warehouse and office functions.Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain robust customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.Your ProfileMinimum 5 years' experience in sales, operations,
or branch/warehouse management within the food, FMCG, or distribution industryAt least 2 years' leadership experience managing teams of 10+ staffProven track record of driving and achieving sales growthStrong communication and interpersonal skills in EnglishDemonstrated ability to independently lead and manage branch operationsExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI managementPreferredBusiness-level proficiency in an Asian language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or others)Experience in Asian food distribution or related industriesExperience reporting to senior executivesStrong negotiation and customer relationship management skillsKnowledge of the Brisbane foodservice or wholesale marketPlease register your interest by forwarding your resume via the apply button.
