We are the largest accredited Aboriginal provider of PSP OOHC within Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Region, and Port Stephens.
Wandiyali also has a number of Preservation Programs and support services that work closely with children, young people and families.

The Opportunity
As a Wandi Trainee Receptionist, you will provide administrative support to staff at Wandiyali in order to facilitate a high-level service delivery.
The Trainee Receptionist is generally the first point of contact with clients and visitors of Wandiyali service, as such, it is essential that the Trainee Receptionist is pleasant, courteous, highly professional and able to interact with a wide and diverse range of people.
The Trainee Receptionist is responsible for greeting clients and visitors professionally and directing phone calls as required and will be responsible for managing and maintaining systems and databases.

This role is Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Please note a current WWCC, National Police Check (completed in the last 12 months), First Aid certificate including CPR, and a current Driver's License (P1 or above) is required prior to the successful applicant's start date.
