As our Production Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring production flows efficiently, quality standards are met, and business goals are achieved.
Through robust leadership, sound decision-making, and proactive problem-solving, you'll inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding results while helping shape the future success of the business.What You'll Do:Supervise and provide direction and guidance by leading, coaching and developing teamwork to accomplish operational objectivesEnsure timely startup of daily production operationsResponsible for monitoring and improvements associated with Cost Control (COGS)Implement quality control techniques and procedures to maintain acceptable quality levels for all productsIdentify, diagnose, and resolve operation, manufacturing and maintenance problems within defined deadlinesDevelop new procedures and processes to improve production efficiencyParticipate in the production planning process and implementing the production scheduleOrganise, plan and action daily cleaning regimesEnsure continued compliance regarding training and refresher training for employeesWhat You'll Bring:Previous experience in a similar rolePrevious exposure to a large,



complex organisation (FMCG preferred)Ability to lead with sound knowledge and experience in team buildingExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to work under pressureA positive attitudeGood negotiation and problem-solving skillsExperience with HACCP and GMPA strong work ethicA great workplace cultureA paid day off each year to celebrate your birthday!
