The team has built a strong reputation for delivering evidence-based intervention for children with complex communication needs, including minimally speaking children and paediatric feeding.With a cooperative team of experienced Speech Pathologists, clinicians are encouraged to develop specialist skills through structured supervision, regular professional development and gradual exposure to increasingly complex presentations.
The clinic is intentionally centred around clinic-based therapy, allowing clinicians to deliver high-quality intervention in a well-supported environment.About the RoleThis is a predominantly clinic-based Speech Pathologist position supporting children with communication, language, feeding and mealtime needs.Your role will include:Predominantly paediatric caseload with occasional adult mealtime management clientsNDIS and Medicare-funded clientsStrong focus on preschool and early primary school-aged childrenExposure to minimally speaking children, complex communication presentations and paediatric feedingClinic-based therapy modelApproximately 3 to 4 face-to-face sessions per day4 billable hours per day, with protected time for planning, documentation,
