We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable professional to fill the role of Afternoon Crew Team Member at our branch in Garbutt.About the role:On a typical day, you'll be picking and assembling customer orders, loading trucks, managing inbound stock and helping keep our warehouse tidy,



organised and running like clockwork.This is a physical position with some heavy lifting.Duties:Consolidate pallets for truck loadingMaintain all equipment service and maintenance schedulesCoach, mentor and execute performance management as requiredControl and reduce warehouse expenses by minimising damages, wastage and overtimeLiaise with the Operations Manager regarding labour requirements and work process changesPromote protected working procedures and ensure policies are implemented and adhered toMaintain truck run schedules and despatched truck registersAbout the CandidateCurrent Forklift licence advantageousProven experience in warehousing and distribution and inventory controlExceptional time management and communication skillsComputer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systemsApplicants may be subject to a pre-employment medical
