Moreton Hire is expanding its healthcare and infrastructure capability across Australia and is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support a growing pipeline of projects.
This is an opportunity to step beyond a traditional CA position and become a key member of a team delivering high-profile projects for government, healthcare and institutional clients.
The Role
Reporting into senior project leadership, you will be responsible for:
Contract administration across multiple projects
Progress claims and payment applications
Variation management and assessment
Procurement and subcontract administration
Consultant engagement and management
Project reporting and commercial compliance
Cost tracking and forecasting support




Management of project correspondence and contractual records
The Ideal Candidate
5-10 years experience as a CA or Commercial Administrator
Strong knowledge of construction contracts
Experience managing subcontractor packages
Excellent written communication skills
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
