Join a growing organisation where your ideas and contributions are valued.
Ongoing professional development and opportunities to grow your career.
Annual two-day team conference and regular team connection activities.

Work in a beautiful clinic environment, with our snack bar and coffee machine on us!
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering a warm, professional and welcoming experience for every client and family.
Responding to enquiries via phone, email and online platforms in a timely and friendly manner.
Supporting clinicians through effective diary management, appointment coordination and schedule organisation.
Coordinating appointments, waitlists,
cancellations and schedule changes to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintaining accurate client records, communication and administrative documentation.
Working collaboratively with clinicians and fellow Client Care Team members to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Problem-solving scheduling and client service challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Contributing ideas to improve systems, efficiency and the overall client experience.
Adapting confidently in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities may evolve.
What We're Looking For
Experience in reception, medical administration, allied health administration, or another client-facing administrative role.
Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on customer service.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and confidence working in a changing environment.
Confidence using technology and learning new systems (experience with Microsoft Office, Nookal or ClickUp is highly regarded).
A desire to build a long-term career and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
Current Positive Notice Blue Card for Child-Related Employment (or willingness to obtain).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain).
If you are passionate about helping people, enjoy working as part of a supportive team, and are excited to grow with a business that values its people, we encourage you to apply.
