leasing and maintenance metricsDriving leasing strategies that improve occupancy and customer outcomesDelivering exceptional service experiences for owners, investors and tenants Implementing service improvements through customer insights and feedback Managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance Identifying efficiency opportunities and scalable operational improvements Leading compliance, governance and risk management initiativesAbout YouYou'll be a highly capable property management professional who thrives on leadership, continuous improvement and delivering results.To be successful, you will bring:Full Queensland Real Estate Licence Diploma of Property (Agency Management) or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice QLD 7+ years Property Management / Leasing experience 3+ years leadership experience managing leaders of senior staff Robust working knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislationReady to Make an Impact?
