Seeking outstanding lawyer with extensive family law experience.
Must have excellent people skills, ability to convert enquiries, an understanding of the FCFCOA Rules and court processes, and an ability to read and understand case law.
Must be articulate both in written work and verbal communications, and have the ability to communicate in a mature and confident manner.
Court work experience essential, including interim hearings.
Experience with LEAP legal software will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
You MUST be admitted to practice, (be either employed or self-employed), understand and have a high standard of work and work ethic, have referees, and a positive outlook.
Full time or contract negotiable.
