In this role, you will coordinate the transport of products manufactured out of the Ingleburn site, working closely with internal stakeholders, freight carriers, suppliers and customers to ensure outbound deliveries are planned, documented and completed accurately.This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain environments who enjoys balancing administration, stakeholder communication and hands‐on dispatch support.Key ResponsibilitiesReview job packs,



identify finished goods and prepare them for deliveryCreate and apply packing lists, packing labels and delivery dockets to finished goodsPrepare outbound delivery plans and update relevant stakeholdersLiaise with freight carriers to coordinate transport requirementsManage online customer delivery portals and logistics documentationDevelop a strong understanding of the logistical process and document key proceduresManage internal scheduling tools on a daily basisAssist with identifying improvements to logistics processes and proceduresUphold industry safety standards while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic workplace cultureOperate within MS Office Suite, Pronto, Adobe and logistics portalsSupport the team by accepting workload and willingly helping others when requiredAbout YouYou will be a motivated team player with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work in a busy logistics and manufacturing environment.Ideally, you will have:Experience working in distribution, logistics or supply chain desirableForklift experience, including loading and unloading trucks and containers requiredPrevious exposure to Production and fabrication environments preferredExperience using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsAbility to prioritise work and manage multiple stakeholdersA highly motivated, team-focused approachA working style that aligns with NEPEAN's values and cultureWhy Join PROK?
