What You'll Do
As a Lead Technician, you'll be the face of our company in the field.
This role gives you ownership of your route, your customers, and your day.
You will:
Run your assigned service route with confidence and efficiencyDeliver high-quality mosquito and pest treatments that keep homes protectedBuild solid customer relationships through dependable service and clear communicationAbility to train new hiresKeep detailed service records and follow established treatment protocolsMaintain your equipment and vehicle to company standardsIdentify opportunities to educate customers on additional servicesProblem-solve on the fly like the seasoned pro you're becoming

A High School diploma or GED1–3 years of pest control experience preferred (but we train the right person)A valid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong communication skills and attention to detailA team-first attitude and a desire to grow with a fast-moving companyFlexibility to work occasional weekends when needed

Our Mission Is Simple

Compensation: $****** - $1,****** per week
