We are seeking an experienced Master Data Analyst to oversee key data processes and improve the accuracy, reliability and usability of information across the business.This is a hands-on role focused on improving the accuracy and management of business data.

You will partner with teams across the organisation to enhance processes, support system improvements and ensure information can be relied upon across the business.Key responsibilitiesOwn the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of key business data within company systemsManage the creation, review and updating of product and operational informationPartner with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and R&D; to ensure data supports business needsAnalyse data issues and work with stakeholders to implement practical solutionsImprove existing processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and reliability of informationAssist with system improvements,



upgrades and future ERP initiativesSupport reporting requirements by ensuring underlying data is complete and reliableDevelop and maintain documentation, procedures and data standardsIdentify opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve data management practicesAbout youYou'll bring:Experience in a Master Data Analyst or similar data management roleStrong ERP experience (SAP, EXO, Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 or similar)Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detailExperience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product master dataExcellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departmentsA proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindsetHighly regarded:Experience supporting ERP implementations or system migrationsExperience managing large volumes of business data within an ERP or operational environment will be highly regarded.What's on offerStable, full-time position with long-term career opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team environmentThe opportunity to live and work on the Sunshine CoastIf you're passionate about data quality, systems and business improvement and are looking for a role where your work will have a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.Please note: This is a 5-day per week office-based position on the Sunshine Coast.
