Every day, you'll help participants overcome barriers, build confidence, and secure long‐term employment.You will:Support participants (including those with disability, injury, or long‐term unemployment) to become job‐readyMarket candidates to employers and generate new job opportunitiesBuild robust relationships with local businesses to create sustainable employment pathwaysDrive employment outcomes through proactive engagement and advocacySuccess comes from balancing genuine people support with confident employer engagement and outcome delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with participants to understand their goalsCoach participants to be job‐ready and interview confidentAssist with resumes, job search strategies, and training pathwaysAdvocate for participants and secure job placementsGenerate new opportunities through cold calls, employer visits,
